Our Story Began in a Little Diner
In 1994, my wife Rebecca and I opened a small Mexican diner inside the Travelodge Motel on South Nevada Avenue. We called it Rudy’s Little Hideaway. Back then, it really was a hidden spot. But people found us, loved our food, and kept coming back.
A Big Move with the Same Heart
After 16 great years, we needed more space for our growing number of guests. In 2010, we moved to 945 South 8th Street. It gave us a bigger kitchen and more room to welcome everyone. Even with the move, we kept the same recipes and the same love for good food.
A Taste of Our Heritage
Our menu is inspired by the flavors we grew up with—bold, warm, and full of tradition. We serve fresh fajitas, hand-rolled tortillas, and classic margaritas. Every dish comes from a place of love and family, just like how we started.
